Important Chapter News
For those members who were unable to make the March meeting, the attendance was low this month. The officials discussed some of the issues that are being addressed in the transition of the chapter with the members. Great news to those with wives or children who would like to come join the fun. The chapter voted on and passed a new idea that will benefit people with families who are interested in gold panning! From this point forward if a member has paid their $25 land fees for the year, their immediate family members (wife, husband, kids) may join in on the gold panning fun for just an additional $10 extra per year. The single person rate stays the same at $25, but now we have a family rate of $35 per year. Keep in mind that this is for immediate family members only. The old policy stays the same, if the family chooses not to pay the land fees for the year they are still very welcome to come, but may not pan in the streams. We think this will be a very opportunity to get the family involved in activities. If anyone has any suggestions for us, please don't hesitate to email me. The next meeting will be held on April 19th at the Red Lion property. The meeting time will be 11 a.m., but if you wish to come early and help to do some clean up work at the property, please feel free to do so. Thank you all for your ongoing support as we move forward and help eachother to make our chapter grow. I look forward to seeing you next month at Red Lion.
